Vodka Negroni Cocktail
Today’s featured cocktail is SimplyVodka.com’s version of a vodka negroni. While a traditional negroni cocktail is made with gin, we have found we actually prefer our version our the traditional recipe of gin, vermouth rosso, and campari. This apéritif is great to serve at house parties. While the negroni cocktail can be served all year round, we prefer to serve it in late fall through winter while temperatures are cooler. Vodka Negroni Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 oz. Vodka
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 3/4 oz St. Germain
- Lemon Peel
Vodka Negroni Drink Steps:
- Combine Vodka, Campari, and St. Germain in cocktail shaker half full of ice. Shake until well blended and pour in cocktail glass.
- Garnish with fresh lemon peel
